- Bullets & Other Projectiles
- Mouth Calls
- Gasoline Engine-Powered Items
- Closeout & Clearance Items
- We retain the right to refuse return of other items please call if you have any questions
If you purchase from us online, and wish to make a return,(excluding list above), it must be within 10 days of purchase and you must have your original receipt. If you are local, just bring it to our shop as long as the original package has NOT been opened. A 25% restocking fee will be charged, and deducted from the original price that you paid for that item(s). Any additional will be issued in the form of a store credit so please verify your order before it is placed.
If you are not local, please mail the item back to us in its original, unopened factory package. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original price and a refund will be issued in the form of an in store credit. You can email Sales@AmericanaArms.com if you have specific questions or to notify regarding a return.
Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used, even if is unfired. It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the firearm and we do understand that some defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, however, by purchasing a firearm from us, you are agreeing that upon discovering a defect in your firearm that you will work with the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair etc. in accordance with their warranty policies. Should you encounter any difficulty in contacting the manufacturer, let us know and we will happily assist you with getting the correct number/email etc.
Background checks are conducted on every person prior to transferring the firearm to you.
